Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor and uphold Mejuri’s customer service standards.
• Drive KPIs by motivating and engaging the team to achieve sales and service goals.
• Oversee in-store operations including inventory, order fulfillment, and back-of-house flow.
• Ensure adherence to Mejuri’s visual and brand standards in merchandising and presentation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Onboard and develop store staff, provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback.
