Job summary

Mejuri, a growing jewelry brand, seeks a Floor Lead to join our Denver store. You will lead on the sales floor, maintain exceptional customer service, and model Mejuri’s values while guiding the team through daily operations.

Ideal candidates have experience in high-volume retail, strong organizational/analytical skills, and must be available evenings, weekends, and holidays. You’ll partner with store leadership to drive KPIs and deliver a memorable Mejuri experience.

• Experience in a high volume retail environment.
• Excellent organization and analytical skills.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends & holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on customer experience and selling steps.
• Drive KPI achievement and team engagement.
• Support services offerings including piercing and engraving.
• Oversee in-store operations: inventory, fulfillment, and back-of-house flow.
• Coach and develop store team members.
