Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. seeks a Key Lead to ensure quality in-store experiences. You will supervise floor operations, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive daily sales while maintaining visuals and brand standards on the floor.

You will open/close routines, run POS, fulfill omni-channel orders, and use reports to inform decisions. Availability includes weekends and peak periods. This role offers part-time hours with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience is not required but leadership experience is a plus.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets and perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.
