Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Part-Time Key Lead to support the store leadership team on the sales floor. You will guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring quality customer experiences and smooth daily operations on the shop floor.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, brand awareness, and driving sales while maintaining brand standards. Availability includes weekends and holidays, with hours varying by business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience is not required. Experience in leading groups or teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close routines.
• Operate POS systems and fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
