Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience by acting as Floor Supervisor and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates. You’ll help drive store performance on the sales floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily targets.

The role involves opening/closing routines, POS operation, omni-channel fulfillment, and strong product knowledge to boost sales while maintaining brand visuals. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required, leadership experience is a plus.
