Mejuri is seeking a Floor Lead to guide store leadership, uphold exceptional customer service, and drive daily operations. You will mentor staff, manage inventory and merchandising standards, and promote Mejuri’s services on the sales floor.

The role requires leadership in a high-volume retail environment, flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and a focus on delivering engaging customer experiences in Mejuri stores. Competitive hourly pay and benefits accompany the position.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a high volume retail environment.
• Adaptable with the ability to think creatively and quickly.
• Excellent organization and analytical skills.
• Critical thinking to identify potential challenges and develop action plans.
• Physical requirement: stand for 8 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends & holidays per store availability.

Aufgaben

• Lead by example to uphold Mejuri’s customer experience standards and train the team on selling steps.
• Drive KPI performance and team engagement to maximize sales.
• Promote services offerings such as piercing and engraving while ensuring quality.
• Oversee inventory, cycle counts, and back-of-house processes for efficiency.
• Support in-store operations, packaging, and timely order fulfillment (BOPIS/phone sales).
• Maintain brand visual standards and ensure display integrity.
• Onboard new hires and conduct regular performance assessments.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and uphold policies.
