Job summary

Mejuri in San Francisco is seeking a Floor Lead to drive store success through exceptional customer service, team development, and flawless daily operations. You will be a visible leader on the sales floor, modeling Mejuri’s values and motivating staff.

The role involves coaching on selling steps, achieving KPIs, overseeing inventory, order fulfillment, and visual standards, while promoting services like piercing and engraving.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high volume retail environment.
• Adaptable with the ability to think creatively and quickly.
• Excellent organization and analytical skills.
• Critical thinking ability - identify potential challenges and develop action plans.
• Physical requirements: Ability to stand for 8 hours, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends & holidays in alignment with the stores availability requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor and uphold Mejuri’s customer service standards.
• Drive KPIs and motivate the team to achieve sales targets.
• Oversee inventory, order fulfillment, and back-of-house operations.
• Maintain visual standards and merchandising across the store.
• Coach onboarding, engagement, and performance of team members.
