Mejuri is seeking a Floor Lead to join the store leadership team in our Short Hills, NJ store. You will uphold exceptional customer service, train and motivate staff, and ensure smooth daily operations across sales, inventory, and back-of-house processes.

The role requires leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a high-volume retail setting. Competitive hourly base pay and product discounts are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume retail environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor and uphold Mejuri’s customer experience standards.
• Drive KPI performance and team engagement; coach and mentor staff.
• Oversee store operations: inventory, back-of-house flow, packaging, and order fulfillment.
• Support merchandising and visual standards to maintain Mejuri brand integrity.
