Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure an outstanding in-store experience. You will act as Floor Supervisor, coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly and sales goals on track.

Schedule requires 12–16 hours weekly with weekend availability, plus additional hours during peak periods. This role emphasizes customer focus, trend awareness, and strong communication to uphold brand standards on the sales floor.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required, leadership experience preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and demonstrate interpersonal skills.
• Strong communication skills and fashion trend awareness.

Aufgaben

• Act as Floor Supervisor to guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates.
• Perform opening and closing routines and operate POS.
• Fulfill Omni Channel orders and drive sales with product knowledge.
• Build and maintain visual displays to support brand standards.
• Analyze reports to inform store decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values.
