Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure top-quality in-store experiences on the sales floor, coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates to drive daily sales. You will be part of the store leadership team, guiding operations and customer engagement to meet performance goals.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, fashion awareness, and initiative. Schedule includes weekends with 12–16 hours weekly, and opportunities for career advancement, training, and merchandise discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams on the sales floor is preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to coach and motivate Brand Reps and Stock Associates.

Responsibilities

• Open and close store routines to start/end shifts.
• Operate point-of-sale systems and assist customers.
• Fulfill omni-channel orders and handle in-store pickups.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales performance.
• Build and maintain compelling visual displays.
• Analyze sales and inventory reports to inform decisions.
