Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure the store runs smoothly and delivers a superior in-store experience.

You will join the store leadership team to drive performance on the floor through customer service and daily sales goals, while training and coaching teammates.

The role rewards energy, initiative, adaptability, and a strong work ethic in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Leadership/management experience not required, but leading teams is a plus.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and demonstrate excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify company culture and values.
