Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure a quality in-store experience and strong daily sales performance.

The role is part of the store leadership team, driving customer experience and team achievement on the floor. Schedule requires 12–16 hours weekly with weekend availability and some holidays; prior retail supervisory experience is not required but leadership capability is valued.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain a positive store presence and brand representation.
• Lead by example to coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
