Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to serve as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure optimal store operations and a superior customer experience. You will lead daily sales on the floor as part of the store leadership team.

This role emphasizes coaching, product knowledge, and visual merchandising, with a focus on delivering consistent results and upholding brand values. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/leadership experience not required but leading teams is a plus.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
