Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a part-time Key Lead to act as the floor supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure a quality in-store experience and strong daily sales performance.

The role sits on the store leadership team, driving performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales. Availability includes weekends and holidays with varying hours to support business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / G.E.D. preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory / management experience not required.
• Experience in leading groups or teams preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Show knowledge of current fashion trends.
