Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience. You will act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly and drive daily sales on the floor.

As part of the store leadership team, you will open and close routines, operate POS systems, fulfill omni-channel orders, maintain visual displays, analyze reports, protect assets, and model the brand values while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required.
• Experience in leading groups or teams preferred.
• Balance multiple tasks while being detail-oriented.

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
