You will act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly and to achieve daily sales objectives. As part of the store leadership team, you will drive performance on the floor through customer experience, product knowledge, and adherence to company culture and values.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
