Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure exceptional in-store experiences. You will act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly and customers engaged.

As a member of the store leadership team, you will drive performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales goals, while modeling brand culture and values. A strong customer focus and teamwork will be essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory / management experience not required, but leading groups is a plus.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and communicate effectively.
• Stay aware of current fashion trends and brand standards.
• Be energetic, outgoing, and assertive with a proactive mindset.
• Demonstrate adaptability, flexibility, and the ability to multitask with attention to detail.
• Exhibit a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
