Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure customers receive a quality in-store experience. As Floor Supervisor, you’ll guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates and help keep store operations running smoothly.

The role is part of the store leadership team, with a flexible schedule averaging 12–16 hours weekly, requiring Saturdays, Sundays and some holidays; peak periods may increase hours to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience is not required, but leading groups is preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and demonstrate interpersonal skills.
• Show knowledge of current fashion trends and stay energetic and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Open and close routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values.
