Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure customers receive a quality in-store experience by guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates on the floor.

As a floor supervisor, you will drive store performance through customer service, product knowledge, and daily sales execution on the sales floor. The role requires flexible hours including weekends/holidays, with 12-16 hours weekly, and a focus on visual displays, inventory control, and safeguarding store assets while modeling the brand

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.
