Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates and driving store performance on the sales floor. You’ll ensure quality customer experience and maintain store operations.

This role reports to the store leadership team and emphasizes customer focus and brand standards. Starting rate is $19.95 per hour with part-time hours (12–16 per week) including Saturdays and Sundays; peak periods may require more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing, and assertive.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and stay detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Open and close routines.
• Operate POS / register systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
