Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to supervise the sales floor and coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates in a busy Cypress, TX store. You will guide daily operations, drive customer experience, and support achieving daily sales goals.

The role emphasizes a strong customer focus, energy, and adaptability, with accountability for merchandising, training, and brand standards. Schedule includes weekend/holiday coverage with varying hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience is not required; leading groups/teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/point of sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
