Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to supervise on the sales floor, coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive daily sales through exceptional customer experiences.

The role is part of the Americas leadership, requiring strong communication, trend awareness, and the ability to balance multiple tasks while maintaining a high energy level. Schedule varies, including weekends and peak times.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required but leading teams is a plus.
• Strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills required.
• Clear communication and knowledge of current fashion trends expected.
• Energetic, outgoing, assertive and proactive.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill Omni-Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.
