Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure customers receive a quality in-store experience. As Floor Supervisor, you will coach Brand Reps and Stock Associates, support store operations, and drive daily sales through outstanding customer service.

The role requires opening/closing routines, POS operation, OMNI channel orders, product knowledge, visual displays, and inventory control. Schedule is 12–16 hours weekly, with weekend availability; starting pay is $19.95 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
