Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure top-tier in-store experiences. As Floor Supervisor, you will guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates to keep store operations running smoothly and drive daily sales performance on the floor.

You'll work with a leadership team to coach staff, maintain visuals, and respond to inventory and reporting needs. This role emphasizes customer service, trend awareness, and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ G.E.D. preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience is not required; leading groups is a plus.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and close routines.
• Operate POS systems and handle OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
