Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Senior Community Manager Specialist in Atlanta, GA. This floating leadership role requires rapid deployment to communities during staffing transitions, vacancies, or stabilization efforts.

You will lead on-site teams, ensure compliance with policies, and drive operational excellence across assignments. Ideal candidates have 3–4 years leasing or property management experience, a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), and CAM/ARM certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-4 years previous leasing or property management experience with 1-2 year Asset Living experience preferred.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Ability to learn and execute all on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA requirements.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned communities in alignment with Asset Living Community Manager expectations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety practices, and fair housing standards.
• Conduct daily property walks, risk assessments, and quality checks.
• Lead the emergency response process for the community during assignments.
• Provide short-term supervision, coaching, and direction to on-site staff; ensure operational continuity.
