Job summary

Asset Living in Columbus, GA is seeking a Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a housing community under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, finances and risk, and ensure compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

Preferred is a Bachelor’s degree and CAM/ARM certification, with at least two years in affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD, etc.). Strong leadership and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Able to understand on-site software functions and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community under Regional Manager.
• Manage leasing, maintenance, finances, admin and risk management.
• Supervise staff, train and coach on-site personnel.
• Develop annual operating budgets/forecasts and marketing plans.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.
