Job summary

Asset Living in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community on-site. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial administration and risk management under the guidance of the Regional Manager.

This role requires at least 2 years of affordable housing experience, knowledge of LIHTC and HUD programs, strong leadership, budgeting, and the ability to use property management software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all onsite operations of the housing community.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and administrative tasks.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts.
• Monitor rent collections and deposits timely.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing.
