Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a TOPS Community Manager Specialist in Phoenix to provide on-site leadership across communities. This floating role handles short-term deployments to stabilize operations, oversee staff, and ensure service standards during transitions.

You'll drive leasing strategies, supervise operations, and coordinate with maintenance and vendors while traveling as required to meet client expectations and company goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to four years of property management experience preferred.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned communities.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety practices, and fair housing.
• Lead on-site staff with short-term supervision and coaching.
• Assist with budgeting, rent collection, invoices, and reporting.
• Support leasing teams to achieve occupancy goals and retention.
• Travel to assignments as needed to fulfill duties.
