Avenue5 Residential is seeking an enthusiastic Floating Assistant Property Manager to support the property manager in daily operations across multiple properties. You will oversee leasing, accounts receivable, reporting, and compliance while ensuring resident satisfaction and smooth property performance.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in property management, familiarity with resident lifecycle activities, and may hold a real estate license.

Competenze

• High school diploma is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of experience in property management is required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities is required.
• Real estate license is preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist the property manager in managing day-to-day operations of the property.
• Maintain accounts receivable including rent collection and rent roll.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Process evictions, notices, and court hearings as needed.
• Lease apartments and manage move-ins/outs and renewals.
• Inspect property for safety and maintenance needs and coordinate repairs.
• Assist with staff training on leasing, marketing, and office operations.
