Avenue5 Residential, Seattle, is seeking a Floating Property Manager to oversee daily operations, lease administration, maintenance oversight, and monthly reporting while delivering excellent resident and client service. You will lead a team, coordinate vendor relations, and implement marketing plans to attract residents.

Requirements include 2–3 years of property management, a valid driver’s license, and strong organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of property management experience required.
• One to two years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations, resident satisfaction, lease administration, property P&L, and marketing per standards.
• Meet client expectations and provide excellent customer service.
• Recruit, interview, provide feedback, and hire staff.
• Lead and coach associates with a shared vision and development.
• Execute strategic marketing to attract and retain residents.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with corporate on maintenance and landlord rules.
