Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Property Manager to oversee operations across properties, ensuring resident satisfaction, lease administration, and timely reporting.

This role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, plus experience in property management. Schedule: Mon–Fri, 9:00am–6:00pm; hourly pay and robust benefits support your well-being and career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience required.
• One to two years of direct management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred.
• Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property including resident satisfaction and retention, full resident lifecycle activities (lease administration, rent collection, delinquency management), property P&L, and marketing.
• Meet client expectations and provide an excellent customer service experience.
• Recruit, interview, give corrective feedback, and hire staff.
• Lead and coach associates, communicating a shared vision and developing talent.
• Execute the marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Understand the operations guidelines in the property management agreement.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with corporate on maintenance and landlord rules.
