Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager in daily operations across multiple properties. You will help manage resident relations, leases, and financial reporting while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and prior property management exposure, with a focus on delivering excellent resident experiences and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations, focusing on resident satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accounts receivable activities: collect rent, post rent, deposits, and rent roll accuracy.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
