Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Floating Assistant Property Manager to support the property manager in daily operations, leasing, and resident relations. The role emphasizes rent administration, reporting, and ensuring a positive resident experience across properties.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in property management, a High school diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and familiarity with Yardi Voyager. Dallas, TX-based, on-site role with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of property management experience required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities required.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.
• Prior experience with Yardi Voyager or equivalent system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations and resident satisfaction.
• Maintain accounts receivable, collect rent, post rent, and balance rent roll.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Audit lease records and resident files for accuracy.
• Process move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Assist with training staff on leasing, marketing, and office operations.
• Assist with resident relations and problem resolution.
• In the absence of the property manager, assume operations responsibilities.
