Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Property Manager in Denver to oversee daily operations, lease administration, and resident satisfaction across properties. You will manage marketing, budgets, and client expectations while leading a team and coordinating with the corporate office.

The role requires 2–3 years in property management, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Salesforce or Yardi Voyager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years in property management required.
• Knowledge of resident rental lifecycle activities preferred.
• Real estate license preferred or may be required in some locations.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day property operations, including resident satisfaction, leases, rent collection, delinquency management, property P&L, and marketing.
• Meet client expectations and provide excellent customer service.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff; provide coaching and development.
• Lead and communicate vision with associates to drive performance.
• Execute marketing plans to attract and retain residents.
• Respond to resident complaints and liaise with corporate office on maintenance and rules enforcement.
• Maintain professional knowledge through workshops and networking.
• Organize site disaster and emergency evacuation plans.
• Manage safety records, loss claims, and risk management.
