Job summary

Avenue5 Residential, LLC is seeking a Floating Property Manager in Dallas, TX to oversee day-to-day property operations, lease administration, and resident experience across portfolios.

The role requires 2-3 years of property management experience, strong organizational and leadership skills, and proficiency in Salesforce, Yardi Voyager, and Microsoft Office. A valid driver's license and a commitment to exceptional service are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.
• 2-3 years of property management experience.
• 1-2 years of direct management experience.
• Knowledge of resident lifecycle activities.
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred.
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property including resident satisfaction and retention, lease administration, rent collection and delinquency management, property P&L, and marketing.
• Meet client expectations and provide excellent customer service.
• Recruit, interview, provide corrective feedback, and hire.
• Lead and coach associates to achieve best performance.
• Execute strategic marketing plan to attract and retain residents.
• Understand operations guidelines in the management agreement.
• Respond to resident complaints; liaison to residents and corporate office on common area maintenance and landlord rules.
• Maintain professional knowledge by attending workshops and networking.
• Organize and implement site disaster and emergency evacuation plans.
• Manage safety records, loss claims, risk management.
• Other duties as assigned.
