Avenue5 Residential seeks a Floating Assistant Property Manager to support the property manager in daily operations across multiple properties in the Dallas area. You will oversee leasing activities, financial reporting, and tenant relations to ensure an exceptional resident experience.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of property management experience.
• Knowledge of resident lifecycle activities helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist the property manager in day-to-day operations.
• Manage accounts receivable, rent posting, and rent rolls.
• Complete daily/weekly/monthly financial and leasing reports.
• Process move-ins/outs and lease renewals.
• Audit lease agreements and resident files for accuracy.
• Assist with leasing, marketing, and staff training.
• Ensure property safety and coordinate maintenance.
