Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Maintenance Supervisor to oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and the physical upkeep of the assigned property on-site. You will lead the maintenance team, respond to service requests, supervise make-readies, perform repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry), and ensure compliance with all policies and safety standards.

This role includes budget input, on-call rotation, weekly property walks with leadership, and mentoring the maintenance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Possess general maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily maintenance tasks and unit make-ready standards are met.
• Review and track progress of service requests and identify chronic maintenance issues.
• Respond to maintenance issues in a timely manner per policy while maintaining professionalism.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, grounds maintenance.
• Conduct pre-move in and post-move out inspections and ensure timely completion of unit turns.
• Oversee safety and risk management per rules and standards.
