Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Maintenance Supervisor in Phoenix, AZ. You will oversee daily maintenance operations, ensure property compliance with company standards, and manage service requests to uphold safety and resident satisfaction.

You will lead a maintenance team, perform diverse repairs (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry) and help keep costs within the property budget, while upholding Avenue5 policies and standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.
• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Clean driving record and valid license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and property upkeep.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local/state/federal regulations.
• Coordinate service requests and prioritize timely response.
• Perform repairs to electrical, plumbing, appliances, HVAC, carpentry and related systems.
• Maintain safety standards and risk management practices.
• Monitor budget adherence and cost controls for maintenance activities.
