Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Maintenance Supervisor in Phoenix to lead day-to-day maintenance operations at the assigned property and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. You will manage service requests, supervise the maintenance team, and maintain safe, clean, and attractive common areas.

Responsibilities include coordinating repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry and flooring, tracking work orders, and mentoring junior technicians.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years of experience in the property management industry or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance tasks and ensure service requests are met to standards.
• Review progress of service requests and identify chronic maintenance issues.
• Respond to maintenance issues promptly per policy and maintain professionalism.
• Perform repairs across electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC and grounds maintenance.
• Mentor maintenance team and ensure safety and risk management policies are followed.
