Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Address maintenance duties including electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, HVAC and grounds maintenance.
• Maintain property curb appeal and safety; respond to property emergencies as needed.
• Manage work orders and ensure timely completion to satisfaction of residents.
