Avenue5 Residential in San Diego is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals while delivering outstanding resident service.

You will engage prospective residents, schedule tours, maintain accurate records, and support management with daily clerical tasks. A high school diploma and sales experience preferred. This on-site role offers competitive pay and benefits aligned with a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; prior leasing or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities essential.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Prepare lease documents and move-in paperwork; conduct property tours.
• Maintain accurate records and generate weekly leasing reports.
• Provide clerical support to management and assist with resident activities.
