Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention while supporting client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, a year of sales or leasing experience, and familiarity with property management tools. This on-site role requires excellent organizational skills and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales exposure preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and resident retention.
• Maintain accurate records and compose lease documentation and move-in paperwork.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up with residents and prospects.
• Assist with planning resident activities to increase retention.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety rules.
