Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant in Denver to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals while engaging prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and high resident satisfaction.

This role requires handling traffic, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation, coordinating with maintenance for move-ins, and keeping confidential resident files and weekly leasing reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• One year of sales experience preferred.
• One year of residential leasing experience preferred.
• Experience with Yardi Voyager or similar system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and satisfaction.
• Qualify prospective residents, prepare lease documentation, and complete move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and weekly leasing reports.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready and coordinate move-in/out with maintenance.
