Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is looking for a Floating Leasing Consultant in California to coordinate rentals, move-ins, and renewals. You will interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention, while maintaining tours of model apartments and accurate documentation.

Required are excellent customer service skills, strong organization, and familiarity with leasing software; on-site schedule is 9:00am–6:00pm with weekends required. Benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; 1 year sales experience preferred.
• 1 year residential leasing experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready and maintain clean, safe grounds.
• Process renewal paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Enter traffic data and generate weekly leasing reports.
• Assist with resident events and maintain strong resident relations.
