Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant to coordinate discounts, leases, and occupancy across properties in the San Diego area. You will interact with prospective residents and current tenants to ensure a high level of service and strong occupancy rates.

The role requires excellent customer service, familiarity with Yardi Voyager, and proficiency in MS Office. The position involves a schedule that includes weekends and on-site work, with opportunities for professional growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.
• Experience with leasing software such as Yardi Voyager is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Generate traffic, qualify prospects, lease apartments, and complete move-in paperwork.
• Maintain model apartments and orient residents to the property.
• Process renewal paperwork and maintain confidential resident files.
