Job summary

Avenue5 Residential in Los Angeles is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant to coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals while engaging with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy.

Ideal candidates have excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and familiarity with leasing software such as Yardi Voyager. A high school diploma and at least one year of sales or leasing experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy.
• Qualify prospects, prepare lease documentation, and process move-ins.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic and leasing activity.
• Assist with planning resident activities and events.
• Ensure model apartments are tour-ready and maintain safety standards.
