Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and retention.
• Promote excellent customer service and a quality living experience for residents.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic, leases, and renewal paperwork.
• Tour model apartments, schedule appointments, and coordinate move-in/out with maintenance.
