Avenue5 Residential, LLC Career Center is hiring a Floating Leasing Consultant in San Diego, CA. The role handles apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals, while engaging with prospective and current residents to achieve high occupancy and excellent retention.

You will need strong customer service, solid sales experience, and familiarity with leasing software. The position is on-site, full-time, with weekends required and a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of one year of previous sales experience is preferred.
• One year of previous residential leasing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Provide excellent customer service and establish a quality living experience for residents.
• Generate and qualify leads, schedule tours, and prep lease documentation.
• Tour model apartments and orient residents to the property.
• Process renewal paperwork and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain weekly leasing reports and daily open/close procedures.
• Assist with clerical tasks and vendor relations as needed.
• Support management with resident activities to boost retention.
