Job summary

Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant to coordinate all aspects of apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals in a dynamic, resident-focused environment. You will engage prospective residents, qualify leads, and drive occupancy while maintaining strong service levels.

The role requires excellent customer service, a proactive approach, and familiarity with leasing processes and basic office software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; sales experience preferred.
• Experience leasing residential property preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins/outs, and renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy.
• Qualify prospects, prepare lease docs, and process move-in paperwork.
• Maintain accurate traffic records and generate weekly leasing reports.
• Assist with resident relations and planning of activities to improve retention.
• Coordinate with maintenance for move-in readiness and repairs.
