Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant to coordinate apartment rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals. You will engage with prospective and current residents to achieve high occupancy and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities include generating traffic, qualifying prospects, presenting tours, processing renewals, and maintaining accurate records. A high school diploma and sales leasing experience are preferred. Part-time and summer roles available.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in Yardi Voyager or another equivalent system is preferred.
• Basic level knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate rentals, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals.
• Interact with prospective and current residents to maximize occupancy and retention.
• Prepare lease documentation and move-in paperwork; ensure timely processing.
